The Guinness Storehouse, Ireland's top visitor attraction, needed an updated orientation plan to cater for increasing visitor numbers. I was part of the project team at Martello Media tasked with designing a new entrance and exit area. Our solution included an immersive projection of a perpetually settling pint of Guinness which re-enforced the building's pint-shaped atrium. The new basement entrance area was brought back to its origins with 18th Century street-scenes projected onto the windows. The interactive exit area included 12 towers of plasma screens which were triggered to surge with Guinness when visitors were detected via motion-sensors. The experience was heightened by an interactive soundscape.
